Our workouts are 4 times a week for one hour. Coach Torrey oversees the program. With a Ba in Biology- Physical therapy and almost 20 years of experience building programs for multiple sports/ professions our athletes are consistently hitting new PBs and staying on the field. The program has a focus functional fitness creating the best athletes we can with a combination of prehab, strength work, power and speed training. Flexability and core work are key focuses each day as well.

The goal with our work outs is to keep kids on the field while maximizing their abilities. We are always trying to educate and provide a great base for a life of health. we work with guys on their nutrition and what they can do off the field to prepare their bodies to be on the field.
